The message will be addressed by the former Prime Minister of Italy and General Secretary of the Partito Democratico, Enrico Letta, the President of the Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE), Cristina Narbona, the co-chair of the SPD, Lars Klingbail, and the President of the Slovenians, Sosia. The Congress will be honored by the presence of the head of the Eurogroup of Democrats and Socialists Iraσεe Garcίαa Perez, the President of the European Socialist Party (PES) Sergey Stanishev and delegations of the German SPD, EDEK and the Romanian Socialist Party.
The first day of the Congress will end with a greeting by Costas Simitis, while the representatives of the parliamentary parties, who have been invited, will also speak. On the second day, the delegates and the executives of the movement will speak. The speech of George Papandreou and Evangelos Venizelos is expected on Saturday. According to information, Nikos Alivizatos, Costas Chrysogonos and Giannis Panousis are expected to deliver speeches at the plenary session of the Conference.

Political thematic workshops will be developed during the Conference. Special emphasis is given to the Social Housing, an issue that Nikos Androulakis put on the public agenda. A thematic table is organized for the Recovery Fund with speakers Giannis Kalogirou, Emeritus Professor of Technological Economic & Industrial Strategy of the NTUA and Filippos Sachinidis, former Minister of Finance, as well as for the reversal of the Brain Drain.
The last day of the Conference will close with speeches in plenary in the morning, as well as voting for the election of members of the Central Committee. At the same time, a workshop on Digital Governance and Digital Transition will take place, while information on the movement’s digital platform, digitalsociety.gr, will be given in a special booth.
