The changes voted for the implementation of real time control and quality criteria will be implemented and those who wish to contract with EOPYY will provide quality services. Private structures, which are exclusively contracted with EOPYY, can not declare non-service of the insured, their largest, if not their only, customer. Failure to serve the insured by the contracted providers means violation of the terms of the contract and all the penalties provided in it will be applied. It is obvious that for as many days as the non-service of the insured of EOPYY lasts, the amount of the closed budget corresponding to the specific days will be deducted. EOPYY pays almost 1.5 million euros per day and over 450 million per year for the specific services and can not tolerate non-service of its insured».
