Aaron Ramsey and his international teammates explained that Wales’ qualification is a dream come true at the 2022 World Cup.

The Red Dragons beat Ukraine 1-0 in Cardiff as Rob Page’s side made history as the first Welsh team to play in a World Cup since 1958.

Excited after the last whistle, Ramsey told Sky Sports: Little Old Wales will compete in the World Cup!

“Now, participating in three major tournaments and finishing in the World Cup is something else.”

Defender Ben Davis, inspired throughout the match, made some important blocks and interceptions to frustrate the uncertain and emotionally charged Ukrainian team.

“It feels great. Unbelievably, my dreams come true,” said Tottenham.

“This game had a lot of emotions and was very intense at times, but we faced all the challenges that were thrown at us.

“As a team we have worked very hard for this. We may not have the most talented players at every position, but we have fought and won everything. Offers”.

For many of the Welsh teams, qualifying for the World Cup in Qatar is the culmination of a decade of travel, with many experienced players such as Ramsey and Captain Gareth Bale making the tournament their last chance.

Connor Roberts, an advocate for his countrymen, said:

“I wish I could start with dignity [next] This season I will go to Qatar and I will represent my country again.

The World Cup in Qatar begins in November when Wales reach Group B. In Group B, we will face our fierce rivals England, Iran and the United States.
