Opinion – Juca Kfouri: Nelson Piquet has always been a mouthpiece

by

Nelson Piquet has always been a mouthpiece, and we journalists loved to give space to his madness, as opposed to the good-naturedness of Ayrton Senna.

We saw fun in what was just the lack of education and scoundrels of the pilot and the sociopath, who also gained space in the press for the barbarities he said, such as the need to kill 30,000, including Fernando Henrique Cardoso.

The worst thing is that, if Piquet was almost alone and had to apologize lamely, the genocider still has many followers, in the press including, among readers of this Sheet also, which causes deep disenchantment in those who still, stubbornly, believe in humanity.

“Crackers! Scoundrels! Scoundrels!” Tancredo Neves would shout, as he did in the early hours of April 2, 1964.
