Conor McGregor called Americans “everyone” and laughed at Jake Paul’s suggestion that the two should fight in the future.

Paul has a 5-0 record in professional boxing, beating two former MMA world champions at the time (former Belator and one champion Ben Asclen and former UFC welterweight king Tyron Woodley).

His direct approach Hasim Rahman Jr., the son of a former heavyweight champion who will fight Paul on Aug. 6 after playing Tommy Fury, has failed again.

A YouTuber-turned-boxer has long campaigned against two-weight UFC champion McGregor, who lost the only professional fight against Floyd Mayweather in 2017.

When asked if he thought the fight was getting closer to reality during the time of mixed martial arts, Paul said:

“For me, I fought a few more times, I kept hitting some people [is what I need to do]..

And it should be activated again. Who knows when that will happen?

“I think these two things have to happen and then at some point [a fight] That should happen. You know why?

He’s a businessman, I’m a businessman, and it’s between $75 million and $100 million for the two of us.

However, McGregor wrote on Twitter: -It’s you, boy. Not just anyone. ‘

McGregor hasn’t fought since breaking his leg after losing to Dustin Poirier last July.
