Mastroiannopoulos was born on December 3, 1997 in Patras, is 1.88 m tall and was previously the youngest captain in the history of Apollo Patras.
He started his career in the academies of A.O. Skagiopoulio of Patras and at the age of 15 he moved to Apollon where a year later he made his debut in the Basket League while he has competed in the “big” category of Greek basketball and in Lavrio.
Last year Mastrogiannopoulos competed in the A2 National Team wearing the jersey of Koroivos Amaliadas where in 27 games he had 15.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.7 steals per game.
