Jack Wilshere delivered a powerful speech after Arsenal’s U-18s first victory over Tottenham’s U-18s.

A favorite with north London fans, Wilshire helped the Gunners win the FA Cup back-to-back and won numerous individual accolades, including PFA Young Player of the Year and Arsenal Player of the Season.

He was capped 34 times by England, playing for West Ham, Bournemouth and Danish club AGF before ending his career this summer.

Since taking charge of Arsenal’s Under-18s, they lost 1-0 to Chelsea, drew 1-1 with Fulham and now beat north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur 4-1.

Omar Benjamin, 16, scored a hat-trick in the match and Wilshere spent the entire time sending his players an impassioned message that went viral.

‘How you feel? They deserve it,” Wilshere told the players.
