The striker Kylian Mbappé did not participate in the training this Tuesday (6) of the selection of France, in Doha (Qatar), four days before the game of quarterfinals of the World Cup against England, since the player opted for a recovery work.
Mbappé played the full 90 minutes (plus stoppage time) of France’s 3-1 win over Poland, in which he scored two goals.
The 23-year-old striker is “working in the recovery room”, the French coaching staff said.
On Monday (5), the players from France had a rest day. The game against England will take place next Saturday (10), at the Al-Bayt stadium, in Al-Khor.
