A tournament – an institution for the development part of Greek basketball, “Petros Kapagerov” will be hosted again this year in Tsotili.
The 37th Christmas tournament will take place between 27-30/12, led by the technical directors of the development program, Nikos Stavropoulos and Costas Tsartsaris. The development program consultant, Dimitris Diamantidis and the regional coaches, Grigoris Yassaris, Dimitris Stavropoulos (ESKATH), Alexandros Anthis, Dimitris Daniel (ESKA, ESKANA), Stelios Hatziioannou (ESKASKEM, EKASDYM) and Michalis Tsaikos (EKASTH) will also participate.
During the tournament, somatometric and ergometric measurements will be carried out by the responsible ergophysiologist of EEC, Nikos Papavasiliou.
The athletes selected by the federal coaches will travel to Tsotili by EEC coach, which will depart on Tuesday 27/12 from Athens (SEF – 07.00, OAKA – 08.00) and Thessaloniki (Kaftatzoglio 10.30), while the return is scheduled for Friday 12/30.
All participants, athletes, should be notified by the competent services of the Associations and Local Committees about their participation in the Tournament and about the way in which they will move.
There should also be timely information to the Development Program Office of the E.O.K. ([email protected]) for any problem that arises and especially for the non-participation of an athlete who will not be able to participate in the Tournament.
All participants should be at the “Tsotiliou hospitality area” (old Tsotiliou Nursing Home) on 12/27 by 3:30 p.m.
