“We ask the Serbian basketball federation to abide by its statutes and to punish KK Partizan for the serious offense at the end of the Serbian league in June 2022, without any valid explanation! Seven months have passed since the end of the Serbian championship and they did not compete. The rules are clear, but not enforced.
According to the popular “everyone pretends to be crazy” should Red Star accept this silence and “legitimize” the arbitrariness as if nothing happened? Red Star is a national club, a club founded in this country and therefore, with millions of fans and taxpayers of this country, has no right to be silent about this attempt to humiliate the national league of Serbia!
We remind those who want to forget all this to “just” start implementing the statute or everything will become meaningless in Serbian basketball. After all the above, who will punish Red Star if they don’t show up in the Final8? And with what moral right?’
