SPORTS ASSOCIATION OF CONSTANTINOUPOLE – AEK NEA KAE 2014): a) for an abusive slogan addressed to non-natural persons, a fine of five hundred euros (500.0) b) for misdemeanors not characterized as particularly serious, a fine of two hundred (200.00) euros, for the Championship match with the team of APOLLON PATRA 1926 KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETAIREIA (d.t. APOLLON PATRA 1926 KAE) held on 21-1- 2023.
A fine of five hundred (500.00) euros is imposed on the ATHLETIKOS SYLLOGOS DRYOPIDEON AEGALEO – KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIME ETEIREIA (d.t. IONIKOS BASKET KAE) for a misdemeanor not characterized as particularly serious, for the Championship match with the team ATHLITIKOS SYLLOGOS PATRAKI SYLAFOS PROMITHEAS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (registered company PROMTHEAS PATRON KAE) held on 1-21-2023.
It is imposed on the GYMNASTICS ASSOCIATION OF PERISTERIOU 1971 BASKETBALL SOCIETY (d.t. PERISTERI KAE): a) for insulting slogan addressed to natural persons, a fine of one thousand four hundred (1,400.00) euros and the penalty of reprimand and b) for misdemeanors not classified of particular gravity, a monetary fine of one thousand (1,000.00) euros, for the Championship match with the OLYMPIC PHILATHLON ASSOCIATION OF PIRAEUS BASKETBALL SOCIETY held on 1-23-2023.
ARIS BASKETBALL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (d.t. ARIS KAE 2003) is exempted for the use of lasers and a fine of two thousand (2,000.00) euros is imposed for offenses not characterized as particularly serious, for the Championship match with the team PANTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS KONSTANTINOPOULITON 2004 – BASKETBALL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (registered trademark PAOK 2004 KAE) held on 1-22-2023″.
