The international guard had 20 points and 10 assists yesterday, reaching his second career double-double since February 28, 2015, when he had 23 points and 10 rebounds for Kolossos in a home game against Apollon Patras.

The 10 assists are a career record for Larentzakis since in his previous 240 appearances in the division he had not exceeded seven, a feat he reached twice with AEK in the 2018-19 season and once last year with Olympiakos.

Statistically, he did the second best of his 241 games in the Basket League, having a 32 ranking. His best performance was only on 17 October 2015 with Kolossos against Rethymnon Cretan Kings when he scored 38.

Larentzakis with his 10 assists and one error became the third Olympiakos player, after Walkap and Slukas, to have a performance of at least +9 in this coefficient. At the same time he equaled the second highest “economy” performance having a coefficient of +12 (10 assists + 2 steals + 1 block – 1 error).

A total of five players had at least +12 in “economy” and all three were Olympiacos players. Both o Thomas Walkup in the match of the 7th match against Prometheus, as well as Kostas Sloukas in the match of the 2nd match against Peristeri bwin had a performance of +12.

The international guard recorded the 10th double-double in points and assists of this year’s Basket League and became the second Olympiakos player to enter this list after Kostas Sloukas who had 23 points and 13 assists in the 2nd match against Peristeri bwin .

It was the first of 10 double-doubles in points and assists to go along with a block since the international guard had one.

Also, O George Bartzokas “climbed” a place in the historical list of the coaches with the most league games in charge of the first national team (since 1963-64). He coached for the 292nd time and was alone in 14th place on the list after surpassing Lefteris Subotic.
