He was born on February 2, 1997 in Nulles, Spain and after coming through the infrastructure sections of the local team, Castellón and Espanyol, he joined Barcelona’s academy, Masia, in 2010. In 2013, at the age of 16, he signed for Liverpool.
In 2014-2015 he played in all UEFA Youth League games for the Reds and in August 2015 he was loaned to Brentford, with whom he scored seven goals and provided five assists in 38 Championship appearances.
