THE 30 year old driverwho until recently belonged to Sporting Lisbon, was in Heraklion on Tuesday night, underwent a medical and then confirmed his return to the club.
It is remembered that the Felipe played for OFI in the second half of last season (making 13 appearances and scoring 8 goals in total), then went on loan to Japan’s FC Tokyo (12 appearances and 2 goals).
On Wednesday, he is expected to take part in both training sessions of OFI, while Christogeorgos will enter the regular program from Thursday, since he is expected to be in Crete on Wednesday afternoon.

Luiz is HERE again! Dressed again in the black and white of OFI! The Brazilian striker, who in a few months managed to be loved and become a slogan on the lips of our team’s fans, will wear the OFI jersey until June 2024, after the agreement with Sporting for the transfer of the 30-year-old striker!
Luiz Phellype first came to Crete in January 2022, recording 13 appearances and 8 goals during his stay.
Born on September 27, 1993 in Sao Goncalo do Sapucai, Brazil, he took his first football steps at Desportivo Brasil, from which he was loaned to Standard Liege U19 in August 2012.
The next stop of his career was Estoril (13 appearances – 1 goal), having played in the following years at SC Beira-Mar (31 appearances – 7 goals), CD Feirense (35 appearances – 16 goals) and Recreativo do Libolo (2 appearances ).
In January 2017 he was acquired by Pacos Ferreira, with whom he had 57 appearances and 23 goals in domestic competitions.
In January 2019, he joined the roster of Sporting, with whose colors he scored 47 appearances and 17 goals in domestic competitions and in the UEFA Europa League.
In the summer of 2021, he was loaned to Santa Clara, while six months later his first appearance at OFI followed. In the summer of 2022, he was loaned to Tokyo FC (12 appearances, 2 goals), which was his last football “home” before coming back to Crete!
