Appeal from Drama for the exclusion from Olympiakos

by

With its announcement on Wednesday, Drama ’85 informs that it filed an objection to the match against Olympiakos, since it considers the qualification of the “red and white” in f4 unfair.

In detail, the announcement:

“BIANCO MONTE DRAMA 1986 filed the legal objection for his unfair exclusion from the Final 4 of the Hellenic Cup.

On time, after a unanimous decision of the Board of Directors, BIANCO MONTE DRAMA 1986 submitted its objection to the OCHE Objections Committee and is awaiting its hearing date. The club, respecting the efforts of its athletes, coaches and fans, could not accept the unfair treatment it received from the Delegate of the match, Mr. Stepan Partemian, who deprived him of a qualification to the Final 4 of the Hellenic Cup and proceeded to submit the objection, supporting it with the relevant parabola.

Awaiting the relevant decisions of the KED-OHE and the observance of the provisions of the Objections Committee of the O.H.E. (sending relevant documents, setting a trial date, etc.) the club declares that it will take every legal action in order to defend all the rights of its athletes and coaches to the end.

That the city is upset by the incident and the club will not tolerate such decisions by match officials again will not state it now, because it has done so many times in the past. Unfortunately…”.
