Tavropoulos: “We believed we could win, congratulations to the boys”

THE Panionios fought a great battle against the AEKbut finally bowed out in overtime with a score of 93-88, saying goodbye to the Greek Cup with a high head.

THE Pericles Tavropouloscoach of the “blue and red”, spoke at the press conference both about the great effort of his players against a superior team like AEK, and about the role of his Fani Christodoulou (General Leader of Panionion) in the new effort of Panionion.

For the match: “Congratulations to AEK, I hope Mitchell’s injury is not serious. We said to enjoy the match, we honored the institution of the Cup. We came to play and celebrate this holiday.
