Bousis: “I hope the next municipal government will stand by OFI and not against it”

by

He expressed his dissatisfaction with the municipal authority of Heraklion through his post Michalis Bousis.

The owner of OFI stated, among other things, that the first phase of the reconstruction of the team’s training center has been completed, without having done what was originally planned, as there are no six pitches. He also emphasized that he hopes that the next municipal authority of the city will stand next to the club, and not against it.

In detail what he wrote:

“After four years, we completed the first phase of the reconstruction of our training center with the help of regional governor Stavros Arnautakis. Unfortunately, we did not manage to complete it as we had originally planned, with the creation of six fields, because the Municipality of Heraklion and the Mayor Vassilis Lambrinos are standing in the way.

It is unfortunate that we have available land next to the BAK – which remains unexploited – and they prevent us from using it to grow further. The development of the club and the team starts from its facilities. I hope that the next municipal authority will understand my vision for OFI and will stand by OFI and not against it”.
