Yes, her ace Brighton he emphasized to “Daily Mail” that before the World Cup no one recognized him at the airport of the city where he comes from, while after the tournament more than 20,000 people were waiting for him to deify him.

“My life is as boring as ever. Training and then home, laying on the sofa, drinking mate, playing football. My life is the same as before. I definitely get more recognition, it’s true. I’m from a town called Pampa and six months before the World Cup, I was in the middle of the airport and not a single person recognized me. And this in my own city. After the World Cup I went back to Pampa and there were 20,000 people waiting for me at the airport. So yes, that changed my life.” the 24-year-old midfielder initially commented, continuing:

“Being part of the Argentina national team in Qatar and fighting to get into the team helped me become a better player and a better person. It taught me to help my teammates. Before when I wasn’t playing I always said I didn’t care about anything. But now I have changed my mind and know that everything we do as players is for the team. When I say it helped me as a person, I mean it.”
