“Lionel wanted to do something special and enjoyable to celebrate his proudest moment. He got in touch with entrepreneur Ben Lyons (CEO of Design Gold) and they came up with the design together.”reports a source quoted by Sun.
Also, each cell phone is engraved with the name, number of each player and the Argentina national flag.

The CEO of iDesign Gold commented: “He is one of IDESIGN GOLD’s most loyal customers and contacted us a few months after the World Cup final.
He said he wanted a special gift for all the players and staff to celebrate the big success, but he didn’t want the usual gift of watches. I offered him gold iPhones with their names engraved on them and he loved the idea.”.
