The penalty for Marinaki-Karapapas fell in 5 days: their presence in AEK-Olympiakos is now possible

The possibility of being present at the derby AEK-Olympiakos on Sunday the Vangelis Marinakis and Kostas Karapapas. THE EPO Appeals Committee reduced from 15 to 5 the penalty of banning entry to the playing fields and the changing rooms for the president and vice-president of the red and white PAE.

At its last meeting, the EPO Appeals Committee made the following decision.

Rejected as inadmissible the appeal of the appellant PAE OLYMPIAKOS against No. 81/2023 of decision PMPO SL1.

He formally and partially accepted the appeal of the appellants Evangelos Marinakis and Konstantinos Karapapas.

It reformed the decision no. 81//2023 of the Primary Single Member Disciplinary Body SUPER LEAGUE GREECE.

He imposed on the appellant Evangelos Marinakis, for the disciplinary violation of article 12 par.1 para.a of the 2022 P.K//EPO, the penalty of being banned from entering the locker room area and the playing field for five (5) days.

He imposed on the appellant Konstantinos Karapapa for the disciplinary violation of article 12 par.1 par.a of the 2022 P.K.
