In Final 4 format from last year, the Italian Super Cup continues in Saudi Arabia

In particular, the four teams that will take part will be the champion, the runner-up and the two finalists of the Italian Cup final. The pairings will be determined by a draw, the semi-finals will be singles and will be held some twenty-four hours before the grand final.

At the same time it was announced that the “Super Coppa Italiana” it will be held four more times in the next six years in Saudi Arabia, with the agreement between the two sides covering the 2024, 2025, 2028, 2029 seasons, while according to De Siervo another location abroad will be sought in the interim.

“We have decided to accept Saudi Arabia’s offer to host 4 of the next 6 Italian Super Cups, starting in 2024. The next two editions of the competition will take place in Saudi Arabia, then there will be a two-year break that will we will look for another location abroad, before our return for another two years in the Asian country.
