At the beginning of the third quarter, Partizan opened the gap even to +7 (37-44), but Bryant and Clyburn turned it around again for Efes (50-47). From then on, it followed with a continuous change in the lead, between the Turks and the Serbs, the biggest difference being just +3, while finally Ataman’s total was +1 (64-63).

The 72-71 with which the hosts were in front, turned into… abbreviated procedures into 72-87 with a 16-point run by the Serbs! With the difference remaining at these levels the Turks had surrendered, the modest ceremony came to an end and the final 84-97 proves it!
