Dietary: Penalty of deducting points in Panachaiki, Herodotos and Karditsa Renaissance

Faced with punishment deducting points there are three Super League 2 teams.

As it became known, the Football Court of Arbitration of the EPO, after its last meeting imposed a penalty of deducting points, both in Panachaicas well as in Herodotus and Rebirth of Karditsa, for debts to footballers.

The decisions of the Arbitration Court:



The EPO Football Court of Arbitration made the following decisions at its last meeting.

-He assigned the football joint-stock company with the name “FOOTBALL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION OF ALIKARNASSO THE HERODOTOS FOOTBALL JOB” and the distinctive title “P.A.S.A. HERODOTOS P.A.E.”, until the full and complete payment of the applicant professional football player Ilias Vrettos, the total amount of ten thousand nine hundred and forty two euros and forty euro cents ( 10,942.40 ), plus the amount of three hundred ( 300 .00) euros for legal expenses, as contained in its executive order no. 571 / 2022 of the final decision of the P.E.E.O.D. / E.P.O. , the penalty of deducting three (3) points from the leaderboard of the league in which he competes, within a period of five (5) working days from the day following the notification of this.

– Arranged the payment of P.A.E.’s debt. under the name “PANACHAIC GYMNASTIC UNION FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” and with the distinctive title “PANACHAIKI P.A.E.”, as universal successor of the joint-stock football company with the name “PANACHAIKI GYMNASTIKI ENOSI 1891 FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY”, and the distinctive title “P.A.E. PANACHAIKI 1891”: a) the amount of forty-one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four euros and six cents (€41,864.06) and b) the amount of five hundred euros (€500.00) as awarded court costs of the applicant football player Christos Aravidis, in four (4) equal monthly installments, plus legal interest, of the first installment payable on the twentieth (20th) day from the publication of this and each of the following monthly installments, on the corresponding day of payment of the first installment.

Activated against the defendant, in the case of non-compliance with the above regulation and payment of the applicant footballer, the penalties imposed pursuant to no. 19/2023 of the decision of this Court until the full and complete repayment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50%, i.e.: a) the amount of forty-one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four euros and six minutes (€41,864.06) and b) the amount of five hundred euros (€500.00) as awarded court costs of the applicant, plus legal interest, in accordance with the reasoning no. 354/2021 final decision of PEEOD/EPO.

-Sent to the football joint-stock company with the name “PANACHAIKI GYMNASTIKI ENOSI FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” and the distinctive title “PANACHAIKI PAE” until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50%: a) of 50% of the amount of twenty-four one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one euros and eighteen cents (€24,831.18), plus legal interest and b) the amount of two hundred euros (€200.00) for the costs of the arbitration process payable to the applicant footballer Iosif Lambropoulos, in accordance with the in the operative part of the No. 168/2021 final decision of the 1st E.E.O.D./EPO, the penalty of deducting three (3) points from the table of the championship, in which he participates.

-Sent to the football joint-stock company with the name “PANACHAIKI GYMNASTIKI ENOSI FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” and the distinctive title “PANACHAIKI PAE” until the full and complete payment of the applicant football player Alcibiades Markopouliotis, at a rate of 50%: a) of the amount of sixteen thousand six hundred and sixty-eight euros and seventy-four cents (€16,668.74) for awarded capital, and b) the amount of three hundred euros (€300.00) for awarded court costs, plus legal interest, in accordance with the provisions of the No. 402/2021 of the final decision of the 1st EEOD/EPO, the penalty of deducting three (3) points from the league table, in which he participates.

-He assigned the football joint-stock company with the name “ATHLETIKOS SYLLOGOS ANAGENNISI KARDITSAS 1904 FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” and the distinctive title “A.S. REVIVAL OF KARDITSAS P.A.E.”, until the full and complete payment of the applicant professional football player Dimitris Politis, the total amount of four thousand sixty-nine euros and ninety-nine euro cents ( 4,069.99 ), plus the amount of three hundred ( 300.00) euros for legal expenses, as contained in its ordinance no. 587 / 2022 of the final decision of the P.E.E.O.D. / E.P.O. , the penalty of deducting three (3) points from the leaderboard of the league in which he competes, within a period of five (5) working days from the day following the notification of this.

-He took action against P.A.E. with the name “PANACHAIKI GYMNASTIKI ENOSI FOOTBARNIKI ANONIMI TEIREIA” and the distinguishing title “PAE PANACHAIKI”, until the full and complete payment of the applicant football player ALBERT BRUCE of JONAS, as contained in the ordinance of the 373/2021 final decision of the P.E. E.O.D. of E.P.O., at a rate of 50% of the amount of 7,286.24 euros, for the capital and 100 euros for legal expenses of the 373/2021 decision PEEOD/EPO plus the legal interest, imposed with the no. 17/2023 decision of this Court penalty of the deduction of three (3) points, from the scoreboard of the league that is competing, during the 2022-2023 season, within a period of five (5) working days from the day following the notification of this.

-He took action against P.A.E. with the name “PANACHAIC GYMNASTIC UNION FOOTBALL JOINT STOCK” and the distinguishing title “PAE PANACHAIKI”, until the full and complete payment of the applicant football player TIMOTHYOS SELEPIDES of Ioannis, as contained in the ordinance of the 249/2021 final decision of the P.E. E.O.D. of E.P.O., at a rate of 50% of the amount of 5,664.13 euros, plus legal interest, imposed with the no. 15/2023 decision of this Court penalty of the deduction of three (3) points, from the scoreboard of the league that is competing, during the 2022-2023 season, within a period of five (5) working days from the day following the notification of this.

-Activated the P.A.E. application against her. with the name “PANACHAIKI GYMNASTIKI ENOSI FOOTBARNIKI ANONIMI TEIREIA” and the distinctive title “PAE PANACHAIKI”, until the full and complete payment of the applicant football player KONSTANTINOS PAPADOPOULOS, as contained in the ordinance of the 314/2022 final decision of the P.E.E. O.D. of E.P.O., at a rate of 50% a) of the amount of four thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven euros and thirty-seven cents (4,957.375 euros), and b) 150.00 for the legal expenses, plus legal interest, the imposed with the no. 16/2023 decision of this Court penalty of the deduction of three (3) points, from the scoreboard of the league that is competing, during the 2022-2023 season, within a period of five (5) working days from the day following the notification of this.

-He took action against P.A.E. with the name “PANACHAIKI GYMNASTIKI ENOSI FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” and the distinguishing title “PAE PANACHAIKI”, until the full and complete payment of the applicant football player ATHANASIOU PAPATOLIOU, as contained in the decree 248/2021 of the final decision of the P.E.E. O.D. of E.P.O., at a rate of 50% a) of the amount of four thousand euros plus court costs of 200.00 euros, i.e. in total (€4,200), plus the legal interest, imposed with the no. 13/2023 decision of this Court penalty of the deduction of three (3) points, from the scoreboard of the league that is competing, during the 2022-2023 season, within a period of five (5) working days from the day following the notification of this.

-He took action against P.A.E. with the name “PAE PANACHAIKI GYMNASTIKI ENOSI 1891 FOOTBALL JOINT STOCK” with the distinctive title “PAE PANACHAIKI”, until the full and complete payment of the applicant football player Xenophon Panos according to the provisions of its articles of incorporation no. 428/2021 of the final decision of the P.E.E.O.D. of E.P.O. a) an amount of 50% of 10,716.15 euros and b) an amount of 300 euros for an awarded expense, the one imposed with the no. 12/2023 decision of this Court penalty of the deduction of three (3) points, from the scoreboard of the league that is competing, during the 2022-2023 season, within a period of five (5) working days from the day following the notification of this.
