The Celtics lost and fell to third – the Grizzlies beat the Warriors

Lauri Markkanen had 28 points, while Walker Kessler made a decisive cap on Grant Williams (23 points) in the last attack for the Jazz who climbed tenth (34-36) and knocked the Lakers out of play (34-37). Jaylen Brown had 25 points, while Jayson Tatum had 15 more.

Boston’s defeat was taken advantage of by the Sixers, who passed 141-121 at the home of the Pacers and rose to second in the East (48-22). Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey each had 31 points, while Tobias Harris added 24 more.

The Grizzlies beat the Warriors 133-119 with 31 points from Jaren Jackson and 26 from Desmond Bain. Steph Curry had a bad night for the champions with 16 points and 5/15 shooting and Klay Thompson with 14 and 6/17.

Memphis is third in the West at 43-27, as many as second Kings beat Washington 132-118 led by Domantas Sabonis who had 30 points, 10 assists and 9 rebounds.

Important victories for the play-in battle were achieved by the Raptors with 122-107 over the Timberwolves and the Bulls with 113-99 over the Heat, while – finally – the Clippers experienced an unexpected defeat in LA by Orlando with 113-108.
