Aris Limassol dropped four and is threatening for the title

Aris swept AEK Larnaca 4-0 in Limassol in the match that completed the second matchday of the Cypriot league playoffs and “caught” its opponent in second place in the special standings, with both now -4 from the top and the pioneer APOEL, claiming the title outright in the eight matches remaining to complete the season.

In the 10th minute, Babika with an excellent vertical pass found Kakorin, who through the area put an exemplary shot past Piric for 1-0.

In the 57th minute, Kakorin brought out Gomis four-on-four with Piric and the striker of the “light brigade” exemplary dug the ball over the AEK goalkeeper for 2-0.
