Very close to the renewal of his contract with Naples seems to be the Kvitsa Kvaratskelia. According to what a “Foot Mercato” journalist reports, the Georgian star is expected to sign his new contract in the coming months.
In fact, both he and the team from the Italian South want him to stay at the club, with the Neapolitans ready to offer a lot more money, which is expected to reach the 2.5 million euros per year, while at the moment he is paid 1 million euros. Of course, it is not excluded that he will collect even 4 million euros a year, if… he catches the bonuses for achieving goals. Furthermore, his new contract will last for five years, until 2028.
The same report states that Kvaratskelia is positive about his stay at Napoli, which this season is a breather from the winning the Serie A after 33 years, while the club’s president, Aurelio De Laurentiis, would let him go after the summer of 2024, for a fee that would be well in excess of €100 million.
