There were two changes at the top, as well as rating jumps for male and female athletes, who are also in high positions after the rating tables issued by the Hellenic Table Tennis Federation for April.
Yiannis Sgouropoulos reappears in first place in the men’s table after the Panhellenic singles title he won a few days ago in Florina. Konstantinos Angelakis dropped this month to number 2.
Among the boys, Yannis Koutras came first again, reaching the round of 16 of the Panhellenic Men’s Championship, while he also had good results in the A2 championship.
The new ranking list included several changes in the top five, which were combined in some cases with a large collection of points, especially by the teenager Alexandros Alexopoulos, who got 400 points from great victories in the A1 category.
For the tables of April, the results of March from the interclub championships, the final four of the Local Cup, the Regional Championship for boys and girls and the Panhellenic Championship for men and women were calculated.
In the men’s table, Gerasimos Hatzilygeroudis entered the top five for the first time. After the bronze medal in men’s singles in Florina, he shows 89 points more than last month (he has 2,472).
