Regarding publications regarding the replacement of the referees of the AEK-ARIS match, we inform you of the following.
1. According to article 46 of the Statute of the EPO as well as the relevant provision of the Holistic Study, which has been signed by the Prime Minister of the Country, the KED/EPO is completely independent and the definitions of the arbitrators are not audited by the EPO.
