“Bell” subtracting three points on Mars!
The EPO Arbitration Court accepted the appeal filed by Kostas Mitroglou against the “yellows” by imposing on the Thessaloniki team a penalty of three points until they pay the Greek striker.
The committee’s decision states that the Thessaloniki team is obliged to repay the amount of 350 thousand euros within five working days.
The decision of the EPO in detail
The EPO Football Court of Arbitration made the following decisions at its last meeting.
Accepts in part the petition of the footballer Konstantinos Mitroglous to impose penalties against PAE Aris and rejects the retaliation of PAE Aris against the footballer Konstantinos Mitroglous.
It imposes on PAE Aris the penalty of deducting 3 points from the leaderboard of the league in which it competes, until the full and complete payment of Constantinos Mitroglou, the amount of 350,494.23 euros with legal interest, plus the amount of 300 euros for court costs 5 working days from the day after the payment of the overdue and unpaid on 15.3.2023 debt installment.
