The Euroleague announced that the match between Monaco and Unix Kazan for the 20th match day has been postponed.
The organizing authority informed that the Russian team has several cases of coronavirus and submitted a request, which was accepted, as it is unable to complete the required roster, based on the normal ones agreed by the shareholders of the League.
The update
The game for the 20th match of the Euroleague Monaco-Unix Kazan, which was scheduled for Tuesday, January 11, has been postponed. Unix has made a request, as several members of the team have tested positive for COVID-19, which leaves the team without at least the eight players required to host the match.
According to the regulations for COVID-19, approved by the Executive Committee of the League, each game can be rescheduled up to three times, if dates are available. The Euroleague will be in contact with the affected teams to find the best possible solution and to reschedule the match. Alternative dates will be announced soon by the Euroleague.
