“NOZAK PROTEAS” is completely satisfied in the Spring Cup

With 14 medals, 2 gold, 5 silver and 7 bronze, good performances and many individual records (21 in total) NOZAK PROTEAS returned from the Spring Cup in Patras.

With 17 athletes in its mission, our club, 9 of the Competition and 8 of the Pre-Competition made a great appearance in the competitions, improving times with very good performances at the pan-Hellenic level.

In detail, for the Competition:

Zupanos Nikolas: GOLD at 50 Pr, SILVER at 50 Yp, BRONZE at 50 Pe., 5th at 50 El.

Venetsanos Ioannis: BRONZE in 50 Men, 4th in 50 Men, 5th in 50 Men. , 5th in 50 PR with Individual r.

Helmis Michalis: 3 Individual p. in 100 Sub. 5th in 50 Sub. 6th in 50 El. and 5th in 50 years.

Flamboura Theodora: SILVER with individual p. in the 200M.A., 5th in the 50M. and 5th in 50 Pe.

Stella Branches: SILVER at 50 Min., BRONZE at 100 Min. ., 4th in 50 years. .and 5th in the 50 El., two Individual records

Gouneli Anastasia: 5th in the 200 breaststroke, Individual race in the 100 breaststroke.

Koutsoyiannis Adriana : GOLD in 100 Pt., 7th in 50 Pt. , Individual r. at 200 El.

Morphi Chara: SILVER at 50 Pr. COPPER at 100 Pr. 7th in 100 El., Two Individual r.

Vartzelis Giannis: SILVER in the 200 Pr. COPPER at 100 Pr. with 2 Individuals r. 4th in 50 Pr.

Michalitsis Dionysios: BRONZE in the 100 breaststroke, 6th in the 50 breaststroke with 2 breaststrokes, 8th in the 50 breaststroke.

Gounelis Nikolaos: 50-100 El and 50 Min, times in the Individuals of the city.

Loutas Dimitris: 6th with Individual p. in 50 Pr., Individual p. in 100 Pr.

Absolute satisfaction with the appearance of our athletes who once again gave their best both in familiar styles and distances but also in those who swam for the first time showing their ability and their love for what they do.
