EPO: “Based on the announcement, the final in Volos – The specifications will be discussed – We do not owe OAKA”

The Panthessal Stadium remains the first choice of EPO for him Novibet Greek Cup final and the conditions remain to be agreed with the Municipality of Volos and the police. The federation in its announcement explains who he is the reason why he has not sent a letter to OAKAwhich will only be considered if they consent AEK and PAOK therefore, while clarifying that he has no debts to the Stadium from last year’s final.

The EPO announcement:

Regarding the literature that has developed in the last few days and the relevant announcement of the OAKA regarding the venue of the Hellenic Cup final, we announce the following.

1. According to the announcement of the Cup, the final must be held at the “PANTHESSALIC” STADIUM OF VOLOS.

2. The specifications for the match depend on the decision taken by the Municipality of Volos, which owns the field, in cooperation with the Police Department of Magnesia.

3. These specifications will be discussed in the Executive Committee of the E.P.O. on 27.4.2023

4. Any change of field is outside the notice and requires the consent of both teams.

5. For this reason, EPO has not, until now, sent a letter to OAKA, but only investigated the technical possibility of using the stadium due to the works being carried out.

6. EPO owes nothing to OAKA. Those subcontractors, from last year’s final, who have sent invoices, have been paid.
