Eugeniou: “It’s time for Hercules to take the next step – There was no better solution”

Stratos Eugeniou spoke about the next day to Heraklis, after the announcement of the collaboration with Alexis Kouya and Tom Papadopoulos.

“We fought a lot these two years, it was very difficult, we felt alone but we didn’t give up, so it’s time for this team to take the next step. This next step is going to be done with the participation of Alexis Kougia and Papadopoulos.

We will be equal, 33% each. I, for obvious reasons, will keep 34% because I don’t want a share capital increase without my consent. There is an approach that in the next two days will be reflected in a contract. There is nothing we disagree on so I don’t think there is a problem with what we want to do. We have consulted with Mr. Kuya about how the team will work.

They will take over the competitive part of the team and I will have the financial part. I will try to supervise so that we do not fall into old problems that we had. Many people react to everything they hear about Hercules. Right now we are in a position, in a phase where there is no going back. There was no better solution, I think it is a very good solution by Kouyas and Papadopoulos. So I think that the samples will be of the appropriate type.”
