If this decision is made, to have a new trial in a different appeals court then Juventus will get the 15 points back pending the new trial, because it may take a long time for the verdict to be announced.
If this happens, then the Juventus will rise to 59 points and third place. He will be -2 from the second and +6 from Roma, holding in his arms the ticket for the Champions League groups of the new season.
