Ramon’s punishment was one game

Justification for her PAE Olympiacos in his appeal against his three-game suspension Ramon.

The Brazilian full-back was suspended in the penultimate game of the playoffs Stoiximan Super League with his opponent Panathinaikos, but now he was suspended for one game. Which means that the Ramon he has already served his suspension and will be normally available from the first matchday of the new season.

The EPO Appeals Committee made the following decisions at its last meeting.

-Accepts formally and substantively the appeal of PAE Olympiacos footballer Ramon Ramos Lima and reforms decision No. 179/11.5.2023 of the First Instance Single Member Disciplinary Body of the Super League.

Imposes on the appellant footballer the disciplinary penalty of exclusion for one (1) game day and a monetary penalty of 80 euros (match of 08.05.2023, Olympiacos-Panathinaikos, for the Super League playoffs).

– Accepts formally and partially in substance the appeal of PAOK PAOK against decision No. 382/2023 of the EPO Disciplinary Committee.

Reforms decision No. 382/2023 of the EPO Disciplinary Committee and imposes on the appellant a monetary penalty of 10,000 euros (disciplinary action for public unfavorable judgments in the PAOK-Olympiakos match, on 17.10.2022, for the 8th matchday of the Super League) .

-Accepts formally and partially in substance the appeal of PAE Volos NPS against decision No. 349/2023 of the EPO Disciplinary Committee.

Reforms decision No. 349/2023 of the Disciplinary Committee of the EPO and imposes on the appellant a monetary penalty of 12,000 euros (disciplinary action for public unfavorable judgments in the match Volos-Olympiakos, on 08.01.2023, for the 17th matchday of the Super League) .

-Accepts formally and in substance the appeal of Efstathios Nanos, doctor, President of the sports association with the name “AE Selladon Artas” and cancels the decision No. 31/2023 of the Disciplinary Committee of EPS Artas.

-Refers the case for adjudication, in the first instance, before the same Disciplinary Committee of the EPS Arta (match of 02.04.2023, AE Selladon-PAS Kommeno 1943, for the 2nd Category of the EPS Arta).

-Accepts formally and in substance the appeal of the “Volis Sports Association” and cancels the decision No. 191/24.3.2023 of the Disciplinary Committee of the Corfu Sports Association.

Exonerates the association “Volis Sports Club” for the reason that it did not fulfill the disciplinary violation attributed to it of article 20A par.2 PC (match of 18.03.2023 with the association “APS Benitses” for the play-offs of the 2nd Category of Corfu).
