New… troubles for the Renaissance of Karditsa, as the Arbitration Court of the EPO announced today (26/05) two activations of points deduction penalties and one enforcement.
All this for what the Thessaly team owes to Dimitris Koutromanos, Damiano Gini and Ziggy Badibaga, while it has ten days to avoid the definitive deduction of points, proceeding with repayments.
The relevant announcement in detail:
“The EPO Football Court of Arbitration made the following decisions during its last meeting.
-Accepts the application from 15.05.2023 of professional football player Dimitrios Koutromanos against PAE Anagennisi Karditsa, as valid in law and substance.
Activates at the expense of PAE Anagennisi Karditsa the penalty of the deduction of 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it competes, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this, until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer of the total amount of 8,975.33 euros, in addition to the amount of 300 euros for court costs, as well as the 200 euros awarded in favor of the applicant as court costs by the decision of this Court No. 112/2023 imposing a penalty.
-Accepts the application from 16.05.2023 of professional football player Damiano Gini against PAE Anagennisi Karditsa, as valid in law and substance.
Activates at the expense of PAE Anagennisi Karditsa the penalty of the deduction of 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it competes, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this, until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer of the total amount of 6,000 euros, in addition to the amount of 300 euros for court costs, as well as the 100 euros awarded in favor of the applicant as court costs by the sentencing decision No. 120/2023 of this Court.
-Accepts the application from 02.05.2023 of the professional football player Ziggy Badibanga against PAE Anagennisi Karditsa, as valid in law and substance.
It imposes on PAE Anagennisi Karditsa the penalty of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it competes, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this, until the full and complete payment by the applicant footballer of the total amount of 17,402.72 euros, plus the amount of 300 euros for court costs”.
