Green: ‘I’d vote for Martin for East Finals MVP – Butler would agree’

“vote” Caleb Martin for Eastern Finals MVP o Draymond Green!

The veteran player of the Golden State Warriors, has created his own podcast and among other things, he analyzes the matches of his play-offs NBA.

Thus, he said that the MVP award of the Eastern Finals should go to Caleb Martin of the Heat and not Jimmy Butler, since the Miami superstar will have other opportunities.

“Personally if I could vote for anyone I would choose Caleb Martin. He was consistent, very good, and Jimmy Butler was the one who ‘carried’ the team in the last few years as a result of which they took part in three District finals in the last four years” said Draymond Green and continued:

So my thinking is this: Jimmy will get another shot at the MVP award. Caleb Martin probably not. And in the end it was worth it. I’m not saying Butler didn’t deserve it, but Martin should have been in the conversation. And finally you know something? And Jimmy would agree. and he would tell Caleb to take it“, said the forward of the “warriors”.

“If I had a vote, I personally was voting for Caleb Martin for MVP… I know the type of guy that Jimmy Butler is. Jimmy probably would have preferred Caleb Martin to get the MVP.”
