by

Olympiakos was superior, prevailed 27-22 and AEK won the Handball Premier championship!

With “Union” having all its players on an excellent day and the Lemos in a leading role, he managed to make it 3-2, having an excellent performance for the longest duration of the game, and reached the 5th championship of her story!

The team of Nikos Grammatikos fought for the longest period of the match, while at the beginning of the second part he even took the lead, coming back from +6. However, then he could not follow the pace of the “yellow and black”, knowing the defeat.

The match

The “yellow and black” were even more imposing after that and first reached 8-5, and then increased the difference to +6, taking advantage of Bauer’s two minutes and a lot of presence in defense and attack.

However, the Piraeus found the mental reserves and quickly reached the 12-9, while the two teams went into the break with 14-12 in favor of AEK.

At the start of the second half, Olympiacos came in very decisively and with Papavasilis being excellent, they not only equalized, but also took the lead (15-16). Alexis Albanou’s team increased their performance and, bringing the game back to their feet, took the lead again, which reached up to +4 (20-16)with Lemos having an excellent afternoon.
