The Phoenix Suns did their duty on Sunday night (16/01) and passed with characteristic ease from the headquarters of Detroit Pistons (108-135).

The Suns were in control of the match and the upper hand in the score from the very first period, closing the half at +10 (54-64). In the second half, Monty Williams’s team stepped on the “gas”, shooting the difference even to +29, thus easily reaching the third consecutive victory and sixth in the last seven games.

It is noteworthy that in the middle of the third period, the No. 1 of this year’s draft, Cade Cunningham was sent off with a second technical penalty, after celebrating a nailing pointing with his finger to Jalen Smith!

Leading the Suns was Devin Booker with 30 points (11/18 on the field), 4 rebounds and an equal number of assists, with McGee and Payne adding 20 points each.

For the Pistons, Cunningham and Joseph stood out, finishing the match with 20 points each.

The twelve minutes: 35-39, 54-64, 82-103, 108-135.
