The Thessaly team got the general permission from the competent Committee of ESAKEahead of the start of the new Basket League season.

All that remains to validate her participation in the next championship is for her file to be accepted by the Professional Sports Committee.

“Following a decision of the Primary Licensing Committee of ESAKE, the general licensing for the 2023-24 season was granted to A.S. Karditsa KAE. The full file was submitted about a month ago and was evaluated positively and without comments by the Commission, according to its decision. In fact, ASK is the first Basketball League team to receive the relevant license.

The next and final stage in the licensing process is the submission of the relevant file to the Professional Sports Committee, for the granting of the certificate of participation in the new championship. The process of drawing up the file has already started, so that the file will be submitted in full by July 15. The goal of the administration is to complete all the licensing procedures as soon as possible, so that the preparation for the new season can continue without delays at all levels».
