Aris player is officially Lefteris Houtesiotis, with the Thessaloniki team officially announcing his acquisition.
The 28-year-old goalkeeper, who was released by Ionikos, signed a long-term contract one year and will frame him Julian Cuesta under the rafters. Last season, he was the main goalkeeper of the Nice team, producing excellent performances.

“PAE ARIS announces the acquisition of Lefteris Houtesiotis, who signed a one-year contract with our team.
The 28-year-old international goalkeeper, who was born in Makrychori, Larissa, on July 20, 1994, started from the infrastructure sections of Olympiakos (7 appearances with the first team).
From 2019 to 2021, he defended the home of PAS Ioannina, recording 37 appearances in total.
In the last two seasons he competed in Ionikos (64 appearances in total).
Lefteris Houtesiotis is international with the U18, U19 and U21 representative groups.

In his first statements on arisfc.com.gr, Lefteris Houtesiotis emphasized:
“My transfer to ARIS is a great honor and a huge challenge for me. When you compete in a great and historic team, such as ARIS, words are superfluous.
