PAE Atromitos announces the start of its cooperation with the footballer, Denzel Jubitana, acquired on a free transfer, signing a contract for the next three years.
Denzel Jubitana (6/5/1999) was born in Belgium with roots from Suriname, is left-footed, plays in all positions in the midfield and as a second striker and has passed through the Academies of Leers and Malin.
Nevertheless, he signed his first professional contract with Beveren in 2018 and in 2021 he moved to the Netherlands for the first time on behalf of Ronda where he stayed for a few months (from July 2021 to January 2022), having but 17 appearances and two goals.
In February 2022 he agreed with Iraklis and for the first time played in our country, having in the second half of that season 17 appearances with eight goals and three assists. The continuation for him in the next season (2022/23) was even more efficient, since he completed it with 23 appearances, scoring 14 goals and providing 4 assists. In fact, due to this presence, he was declared the best footballer of the category for 2022/23, after a vote of the coaches and players of the category. In total, in his 1.5 years of presence he had 22 goals and 7 assists.
After the formal completion of the agreement, Denzel Jubitana spoke to atromitosfc.gr:

From the first moment I heard about Atromitos’ interest and started asking more, I have only heard positive things about the team. There was interest from other teams as well, but only about Atromitos I heard only positive comments all this time and I was even told that it is a big family. This element is very important to me and it was a big factor in me coming to Intrepid.
Now I want to join the team immediately, meet my new teammates, my new coach and try to establish myself in his first choices by helping my team as much as I can. I have already seen the facilities at Mazarakis, they are really top notch, helping the player to reach their maximum potential.
It’s a big step for me, as it’s another level of Super League 2 and another level of Super League, but I’m excited about this development. At the same time, I have managed in the last few weeks to learn that Atromitos is celebrating its 100 years and the fact that I am one of its first signings in this period makes me very happy indeed.
