Silvio De Souza was born on October 7, 1998 in Angola and with a height of 2.06m. plays in the center position.
He began his high school career at Montverde Academy and finished it at IMG Academy, making appearances that drew interest from major colleges. The Angolan center chose the famous Kansas, where he attended from 2017 to 2020 and finished his college career at the University of Chattanooga, averaging 11 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1 steal.
De Souza made his European debut last year, with French side Roane. He played in 33 games and averaged 8.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.5 steals and 0.4 steals, shooting 61.5% on two-point shots.
