Panathinaikos and AEK they will be thrown in the next few weeks in the battle of his qualifiers Champions Leaguewith the Union having its presence guaranteed in the groups of any competition and the “clover” needing at least one qualification to secure even the Conference League.
A metrologist based in Denmark, Lorenzo Carli, created a table of possibilities which the 52 teams that will enter the qualifiers have to advance to the groups of the three UEFA competitions based on elements such as the potential of each club, its coefficient and the draws so far.
Based on the said table, Panathinaikos has 3.1% chances of going to the group stage of the Champions League, 61% to those of Europa & 22.6% to those of the Conference, that is, as a whole 86.7% not to be completely excluded from Europe.
And AEK collects 20.3% for the Champions League, 60.4% for Europa and 19.3% for the Conference – having of course a 100% chance of playing in any competition, as well as with two bans he will be in Europe.
