Resident of Rhodes will be from the new season o Kostis Gondikas.

Kolossos announced the transfer of the 29-year-old center, who played last season initially in Karditsa and in the second half of the year in AEK.

KAE Kolossos H Hotels announces its agreement with international center Kostis Godikas.

Kostis Gondikas was born on March 15, 1994, he is 2.06m tall. and competes as a center. Prior to his professional basketball career, he attended New York University where he graduated while playing in the NCAA (DIII), playing in 102 games and averaging 11.4 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1 ,2 caps.

In 2016 he returned from the USA to Greece and took his first professional steps at Panathinaikos. There, he stayed for one season, as the next (2017/18) he played for Apollon Patrons, in the A2 championship.

In 2018/19 he competed again in the Basket League, but this time with the jersey of Hefaistos Limnos, followed by Peristeri (2019/20) and AEK (2020/21).

In the 2021/22 season he wore the jersey of Ionian Nikias and halfway through he moved to Romania, where he played in Pitesti.

Last season, he started at Karditsa Biological Village and in December he left, signing with AEK until the end.

At the same time, Kostis Gondikas was international with the small National teams, while he also competed with the Men’s National team, in the qualifiers for the 2023 World Cup.
