THE Miles Bridges missed the entire 2022-23 season at NBA. However, he is now expected to return to action.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Bridges has come to an agreement with them Charlotte Hornets for one more season, in which he will receive $7.9 million. The new contract will allow the American forward to become an unrestricted free agent next summer.
The Hornets forward was accused of attacked the girl in front of their two children last year. THE Bridges he was arrested on June 29, 2022 and released the next day on $130,000 bail. He later pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony domestic violence and was sentenced to three years of probation without jail time.
As part of the punishment, the player must undergo 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling and 52 weeks of parenting classes, serve 100 hours of community service and complete weekly drug tests, with marijuana only allowed if there is a valid prescription doctor. In the NBA, he also carries a 10-game suspension for next season.
In his last year in the league (2021-22), o Bridges averaged 20.2 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 35.5 minutes for the Hornetsappearing in 80 matches.
