The files of PAE Kalamata and Ilioupoli are legitimate and both teams will participate normally in next season’s Super League 2, after the appeals filed against them were rejected by the Licensing Committee of the Hellenic Federation.
In detail, the announcement:
“The Licensing Appeals Body of the Hellenic Football Federation during its meeting on 3/7/2023 considered.
a) the PAE file with the name “P.S. KALAMATA 2019 FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” and No. 15436_2023/23-6-2023 Appeal of the above PAE against the No. 22/22.6.2023 Decision of the P.O.A. and made the following decision:
Formally, unanimously and, by a majority, in substance, it accepts the appeal.
It cancels the called.
Approves the granting of a license to PAE with the name “P.S. KALAMATA 2019 FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” for the organization of the Greek Second National Professional Football Division Championship (Super League 2) for the 2023-2024 season.
b) the file of the PAE with the name “PAE GS ILIOPOULIS” and numbered 15562_2023/27.6.2023 Appeal of the above PAE against the decision numbered 29/22.6.2023 of the P.O.A. and made the following decision:
Formally, unanimously and, by a majority, in substance, it accepts the appeal.
It cancels the called.
Approves the granting of a license to PAE under the name “PAE GS ILIOPOULIS” for the organization of the Greek Championship of the Second National Professional Football Category (Super League 2) for the 2023-2024 season.
