Koulakiotis: “Ingason will miss PAOK”

by

Statements on his departure Ingason from PAOK, and not only, conceded the former veteran of the “black and white”, George Koulakiotis.

At the same time, he expressed his question about the fact that a main center forward has not yet been acquired, while he also spoke about Dominik Kotarski.

His statements to Metrosport in detail:

“There is a question, which was also there last year, because they haven’t got a main striker, they haven’t got a striker of Nelson Oliveria’s level or better, so that’s a concern.

Of course there is also Tzimas and the coach would do well to use him more, he lacks that because he has the talent. I think that the acquisition of one or two strikers will solve PAOK’s problem. Better to have 4 strikers than two, there are plenty of games in the season for everyone to compete.

The stopper position is filled and I’m sure they will do well, I’m optimistic about the defensive part. Kotarski is a very good goalkeeper and his ability to play with his feet is sought after by many big teams, he is at an age where he can make a big transfer. Hopefully it won’t come this year (laughs).”

On Ingason’s departure: “Ingason was a team leader and directed his teammates and he will certainly be missed. I was surprised that a player like Ingason went to Midland and not to a bigger European club.”
