With his jersey Ionian in Super League 2 the 31-year-old will compete right back Manolis Tzanakakis. The Cretan defender has competed in, among others Ergotelis, Olympic, Mars but also in Blonde.

PAE Ionikos is pleased to announce the acquisition of Manolis Tzanakakis!
Born in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, the 31-year-old right back has had a long career with a presence in the top division of Greece (over 100 appearances) and Cyprus.
He started his career with Ergotelis, rising to the first team in the summer of 2011. Two years later he redeemed his excellent performances with a transfer to Olympiakos, followed by a loan to Ergotelis and another to the Cypriot side Anorthosis.
In 2016 he moved to Thessaloniki on behalf of Aris and then wore the jersey of Panaitolikos and Xanthi.
Last season he returned to the Cypriot championship where he competed with the jersey of Karmiotissa. The new player of our team has been international with the small national teams as well!
