According to journalist Stuart Hodge, the ownership of the team, a company named 777 Partnersis under investigation by the British League, following a revealing report by him Josimar Footballwhich involves her in a multitude of criminal acts, such as kidnapping, fraud and drug dealing!
777 Partners, which also owns 45% of the shares of the British basketball league, categorically denies the allegations presented in this report. The article does, however, include court documents from America, as well as witness statements, to support its claims. However, 777 Partners rejects these claims as “inaccurate and defamatory”.
It remains to be seen how this case will develop, and whether it will affect the team’s future in organizing or licensing.
